Default A new A&P school soon.

My stepson is a Marine reservist, working for Ray Lawrence in his RV builder assist hangar and now really wants to become an A@P.

While looking around, one of my wife
s customers mentioned that he had heard of a new school starting up in Thomson, Ga. so I called the FBO....sure enough, in a new building beside the FBO, Augusta Tech will open the doors to it's A@P program by May of this year. Only a 35 mile drive from us.

Their contact info: Mr. Preston Smith 706 595 0166.

Best,

Silly question, probably, but I've seen a few references to "A&P" mechanics as "A@P" on this site. Is there some computer-related reason to not use the ampersand (&) for the word "and", like using "at" and "dot" when sharing an e-mail address online?

Just curious. Don't want to break protocol on VAF.
