Default Tip-Up Happiness....

For all of you that decided to go the Tip-Up route. I saw something similar a while back and then added to its function. Closing the Canopy those last few inches can be a bit frustrating so I came up with this idea. It allows the Canopy to close perfectly every time like the door on a BMW.

Jeff, does the canopy have an inverted "V" that straddles the plastic guide or do the canopy sides just self-align? Nice.

Jeff,

I was looking at your site the other day and noticed that guide. Very cool and very useful.

BTW, I finally installed your rudder stop. Man, that was easy and it looks great!

Indeed a very cool trick. The canopy struts do a nice job of slowing the closing rate right up until the last 6 inches or so, where this thing would take over.
