Default ECI

I was trying to contact eci.aero several times as I am having some questions for my ECI fuel injection system. They are not responding. On the phone they ask me to contact another number where nobody is answering and e-mails are just not answered.
How is their reputation? How did you contact them?

My first e-mail to them was sent several weeks ago - prior Thanksgiving. Tried it again about every 10 days.

ECI is the manufacturer, I would contact one of their distributors if I had questions. Click on one of the links to the left side-bar. Americas Engines or Ameritech. I used A.E.R.O. for my ECI kit, they don't sell the kits anymore (I think).
