Default IFLY Customer Support Review

I just wanted to give a thumbs up the the IFLY customer support folks. I had a problem with my IFLY 700 (turned out to be an administrative type error, not a problem with the unit) so I picked up the phone and called them. They were so easy to work with and solved my problem very quickly. Its always nice to get good customer service.

I second that! The folks at iFly are awesome. They produce an excellent product, but their customer service is even better. I've seen their (soon to be released) new iFly 720 in action and it's an incredible machine. The screen is great and the database and software will even upgrade via WiFi which is so easy if you happen to have WiFi in your hangar or at your airport/FBO. You can even pull up your favorite weather website and check the weather before a flight. Be sure to check it out when you get the chance.
