Default Short Video: Formation take off.

If you have never seen a formation take off, here is a short video taken during last week's practice.

The information that I post is just that; information and my own personal experiences. You need to weigh out the pros and cons and make up your own mind/decisions. The pictures posted may not show the final stage or configuration. Build at your own risk. Further more, these are my opinions and not those of my employer.

Default I'll chime in here

Axel, I know it seems scary but when I'm on the wing I never look at the runway after we start to roll. I check for alignment and clear runway before I give my lead the nod and from then on Im glued to him. Try it.
You trust lead in the air, why not on take off?
