Default RV-6 Flap Actuator tubing Size

I'm hoping someone can tell me the outside diameter of the steel tube on the flap actuator for a 6. I have electric flaps I want the diameter of the tube that goes forward in the center to the electric actuator. I think the entire tube all along is the same, but I'm not sure. I meant to get a measurement when I was at the airport but of course I forgot.

Thanks in advance

Richard

Default Mine is 1.008 inches....

Must be the powder coating that increases the diameter from 1 inch...

Default Thanks

Wendell,

Thanks for the responce. I am installing a flap position sensor and I'm making a clamp to grab that tube and give me a position.
