Default Assistance from AutoGlass Tech

I just had my car windshield replaced and the tech was very interested in the RV10 project going on. We talked about the upcoming process of installing the plane windows and how he might be able to assist. I know there is some research I still need to do on acceptable materials for sealing the window, but he has some skills and tools I dont have access to. One of them is the electrically driven tube squeezer for a consistent bead around the window. The other is a heater for the sealant - if the one I use requires one (the car ones require a pre-heating).

I was wondering if anyone else has ever gotten assistance from someone like this. Since it sounds like he will volunteer his time and equipment, it wont cost me anything.
