Order of kit progress finally defined...
There have been many discussions and explanations of why one part of the aircraft is assembled before another part, wondering why Vans started with the empennage and then went forward.
I have figured out the real reason - it's so you can have a convenient place to put plans and tools while working on the fuse. Thanks Vans!
