Interesting topic and I'm curious if anyone has first hand experience. I am in the Property Management business and we use this process all the time on things like elevator doors, toilet partitions etc...very glossy and hard as nails...which I think may be why it wouldn't work, doesn't seem like it would have the flexibility provisions of aviation paint...???

I don't know about painting RV's, but when I was a kid, our next door neighbor developed the electrostatic paint process in his garage. It was really cool, because he was always blowing something up or setting it on fire. We got to know all the firemen really well.

My parts done this way are very susceptible (sp?) to chipping and flex cracks. Maybe different materials used in the process are better suited than what I used.....?
