Default 4 vs. 6 rudder???

I wrinkled my rudder - a long story that I don't feel much like talking about-
Anyway, my hangarmate has a 4 and it appears that the rudders are the same... Can I steal his??? Just kidding, but if they are he same that opens up my options on finding another one. I'll call Vans tomorrow, but just thought I'd ask.

Thx!

Greg,

Don't know about the 4/6 interchangeability, but I just returned McFly's e-mail about your rudder, and may be able to hook you up. Shoot me a PM or an e-mail, and we can discuss it. Talk at ya soon!

Cheers,
Bob

Called Vans, they said it depends on the year. They noted that the hinge points on the early kits were drilled by the builder, so it would be hit or miss if another one would work.
Bob, thanks for the reply. I sent you a PM with my number. Please give me a call when you have the time.

Gregg
