vacuum Pump installation

Qick question. I have a new vacuum pump that I am about ready to install.. I have the gasket that came with the pump and the nuts from the old pump..

My questions are these. Do I need washers (lock, flat etc), any sealant on the studs, and anything on the gasket?? torque setting??
