Default Van's (green) control cables - rubber gasket replacement?

I have the control cables that Van's sells (the green ones, for use with a throttle quadrant, manufacturer is Tuthill). One of the black rubber dust boots tore during installation today. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? Couldn't find anything at Van's or ACS...I could go to the manufacturer, but I'm betting that's an expensive option (probably mostly for shipping ).

TIA...

Steve
