Default Dynon pitch servo install clearance question

Doing the final safety and clearance on our 7a and found not too much clearance on the Dynon pitch servo arm attach bolt and washer to the vertical bulkhead support. What is the min distance for control system safety and clearance and have others experienced this on 7 a installs of the Dynon pitch servo ? We have checked and recheck and all is installed to print (both the vertical support and servo).
Thx
Phelps

Default 'Mornin' Phelps.

IIRC, our -6A was very close to your -7. The bellcrank shouldn't have any side-to-side movement at all and precludes the servo arm interfering with that bulkhead. Check that carefully and if the bolt/nut clears it by a comfortable amount..move on.

I don't have any figure, such as 1/4" or whatever...Mel or another A@P should chime in later.

Best,
