Default Pnuematic Squeezer Problem

I am having some Pnuematic Squeezer Problem's. I used it the other day to finish my practice project. I squeezed the rivets along the rib/skin with no problems.
I am just practicing on several sheets now and it seems like it is not getting enough pressure to squeeze anything. it is set at 90psi.
Any thoughts what I might be doing wrong?
Kim

Default might just be an adjustment

THE SQUEEZER developes most of its force at the very end of the stroke. Make sure that the adjustable pin is set so the moving die touches the rivet very near the end of its stroke. Also make sure that the heal of the adjustable pin is properly lubed with Lubriplate.
