Exclamation Garwin wet Vac Pump Rebuild - HELP

I am looking for parts information or a repair / OH manual for my Garwin wet vac pump. Seems simple enough inside and I would hate to go back to a dry pump.

Seems like an internal seal or something recently went bad and after flying a while the oil mist is over loading the separator and is now being pumped out the separator outlet.
I still have good vac and the vanes and housing are in great condition

any help or ideas would be appreciated

BB

BB,
There are very few of us in this boat, I suppose, as many wet pumps were replaced with dry pumps years ago. I have one on my Pacer, and while it is still operating nominally, I have also been looking for a repair kit. As you have also discovered, they don't seem to be easily located.
Have you tried contacting a shop that O/H these units to see if they can help you? If I recall correctly, you stated that you feel that your pump has a worn seal. Might it be possible to get the seal out and source a new seal through a good supplier?
I will keep trying to find more info, and would appreciate it if you could keep us (me) posted on what you end up doing.
Thanks
