Default Tip: Rapid hole deburring on wing ribs

I’m currently working through the joyful task of deburring the holes on the wing ribs. I came up with this idea that I reckon has halved the time to deburr the holes. Hopefully the pictures save a thousand words.

Looks like a great idea, just be careful not to extend the deburring into "chamfering" of the hole. The edges should still be 90 degrees.

thanks Larry - i have the drill on a very low speed - the trigger is adjustable and by altering the tension of the velcro can get a pretty low speed -just a single revolution with the single flute cutter suffices

you only need one revolution, more and its starting to cut into the material
