Default Hinge bracket question?? VS and HS.

Hi. Does anyone know if it makes a difference which way or direction the rivots face on the hinge brackets on both the HS and VS? I am thinking about putting the shop heads facing outward so they are more visible to an inspection. Does it matter? Thanks. Al

Personally I prefer to have the shop heads on the thicker or harder material, but there is no hard rule. If you have a reason for a particular direction, then go for it.
