Default Match drilling bottom wing skin at same time as top skin

I am working on the wings (RV-10), and the plans call for riveting on the ribs before match drilling the top skin. I am planning on going ahead and match drilling the top skin before dissasembling and priming, so that I can prime everything in one batch. It also seemed that the dimpling of the ribs would be easier when they are not connected (DRDT-2). Once I started thinking that way, I thought "Why not match drill the bottom skin as well so I can do all the rib dimpling before they are riveted to the spar".

I have looked through the plans and nothing seems to get in the way or cause problems with doing that first, but thought I would ask the opinions of people that have done it.
