RVator 6th issue 2004 article

I have been emailing Ken S. at Van's about replacing my fuel tanks. He said he wrote an article for the RVator about replacing his tanks but couldn't remember the issue. I found reference to the issue but can't find it online (Van's archives only go back to '08). Any chance someone here has the 6th issue of 2004 in electronic (scanned) format?

On pages 89 and 90 there is an article written by Ken called "In the Tank" where he describes removing and repairing tanks. It shows that this is from the 2004, 4th issue, not the 6th issue
