Default Proseal / Conductor Capacitive Plates

Does proseal conduct electricity. I need to goop some proseal on the electrial connections on the capactive sender plates. It is very tight area and hard to keep the proseal in bounds. I would like be be liberal with the proseal to keep fuel from leaking into the wire.

I would think not given the BNC connector is often sealed with it. Though I would ask anyway before it is too late.
