RV Folks ? Still the Best! (or THIS is a T-shirt!)
A year or so back, we met a great fellow RV Fanatic at one of our Fly-in lunches at Big Bear Lake. He?s currently building a -3, but seems to be doing so quietly?which is perfectly OK. We correspond once in awhile, and the other day, what shows up at our doorstep? A box with these two matching shirts inside!
The amazing thing about these shirts (The slogan reads ?RV-3: Viagra for the Soul?) is that the picture on the back is of the airplane that convinced Louise and I to build a -3! We saw Chuck?s airplane at LOE a few year?s back, and it was without a doubt the most perfect example of the breed in existence. Beautifully detailed and finished with flair ? it screamed ?personal machine? just sitting there. In fact, it stole the show, and our imaginations. Now here we are a couple of years later with our own -3B getting closer and closer to flight, and two great shirts to show off!
I?ll let our benefactor identify himself if he wishes (I don?t like to ?shout out? unless a person wishes to be known) but isn?t it amazing the people that you meet and the kindnesses they can extend within this wonderful RV world? Sure, there are always a few bad apples ? but with so many good apples in the basket, who cares?
Paul

Too busy to pose?
I think Paul is holding something for Louise in his left hand, and she doesn't have time to look at the camera!

This is the airplane at LOE. I tried but never could get a shot without people all around it.

Yep. That's Paul on one of his several inspections of the plane. What a beauty!
