Thumbs up The -8 Is Airworthy Again

After nearly 18 months spent on a job that was suposed to take just a couple of weekends, I completed the second "first" flight yesterday. Aside from a few weeping fuel line B-nuts, the airplane performed well. Despite being out of the cockpit for a year and a half, the takeoff, flight and landing were non-events. I found myself right at home within seconds of advancing the throttle for takeoff - a real credit to the RV series. It's just a wonderful flying airplane!

Thanks to all the members who helped me through the rebuild - this board was an invaluable resource.

Time now to get some hours on it, because I'm taking it to the big show in July.
