Default Carburetor for O-320-D2J

Hi Guys,

Today I developed problems with the carburetor of my O-320-D2J.
At full power, with the Aux Fuel Pump switched on, the engine quit on the runway during take-off roll.
I have a Marvel-Schebler NA-4SRA (P/N 10-5135) but cannot seem to find a replacement with Aircraft Spruce.

Does anyone know which carbs are approved for a O-320-D2J ??
Thanks !

Default MA-4SPA

Hi Simon,

I guess you had trouble reading the carb plate.
The model is MA-4SPA and the part number is 10-5135.
You might want to search Aero-In-Stock for this p/n, you'll find 2 matches.

You can find the carb to engine X-ref here

Cheers

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for that. You are absolutely right. I was frustrated and tired when reading that model number and the result was a bad result. The P/N pointed to the correct model number...
Time to shop around for a new carb..

Best regards
