Wanted to try Picasa-----maybe this will work

It appears that you have just the folder name, not the actual picture.

public or private ?
In addition to having a link to an actual photo (if the goal is to embed the image in a post), the photo must also be "public" so as not to require an account or being logged into Picasa Web.

To get just the photo, and not a link to the photo, you can right click on the photo from within Picasa Web, and "copy link" or "copy URL" etc. - use that URL to insert the image here. Unlike the link above which will take the user to the Picas Web image page, here is the link to the image itself ...
