Default Trailering the Plane

One trick I've used to keep airplanes secure on a trailer is to let some of the air out of the tires once the plane is in position. Then tie it securely.

Finally, put some air back in the tires.

How much air should you take out? I like about an inch or so of sag. Certainly, don't let all the air out.

With the air back in, the tie-down is very, very secure.
