Default cylinders to prime

Hello,

Is there any reason not to prime cylinders 1 and 4 as opposed to 1 and 2? My primer lines would be easier to run to 4 vs 2.

*whew* I thought you might be asking a paint primer question!
The primer lines on my luscombe are on 1 and 4 and works fine. I'm sure someone else will disagree...
