Tie down main spar attachment assemblies

Heres what happened on this

used the measurments in the drawings to drill the starter hole forthe TD mainspar attachment and the resulting placement of the TD aluminum bar is totally out of sink with the depiction in the plans, it is too far south, jutting into the skin overlap area! I got pix, hwo can I attach them?
