Default Pulsar EXP and Pulsar Underwater

Here is a video of the AeroLEDs Pulsar EXP and Pulsar operating under water to demonstrate that they are water proof (in contrast to what one of our competitors has been telling people).

And yes, the first batch of Pulsar EXPs we sold did leak, but we made a design change that fixed it and recalled all the leaking units. Unfortunately, our competitor is still using this as a talking point.
