Default Paint Question

So after surface prep, I am applying epoxy primer, base coat, inter coat clear, airbrush work, then clear....after sanding the epoxy primer do I NEED to use a primer/sealer, the primer I am using says I can add the urethane reducer to make it a primer/sealer. black primer-black base.

After you sand your primer reprime any little areas you might of sanded through then paint away. I always sand my primer to make sure it is smooth and trash free.
