Default RV-4/6 2nd owner / maintenance history for Kitplanes magazine

Folks -

For Kitplanes, I'm working on a story on RV-4 and RV-6 for second owners. Along those lines, I'd love to hear all kinds of stories from 2nd owners, as well as any maintenance or reliability stories from first owners.

Please drop me a note, and I'll call you back so we can chat.

thanks

Not a story, really, but a thought for the article, and one that's been near and dear to a lot of us lately. Van (and other kit manafacturers, I assume) periodically release service bulletins, which are not legally required to be complied with like an AD. A second hand owner could easily get bit by one of these not having been complied with. The recent fuel tank pick-up service bulletin is one example, but there have been many others issued over the years.
