Default Governor ID?

How do I determine which mfg/model prop governor I have? No markings other than a number on the side of the base: 21022 H, or maybe the letter is N?

Starting to troubleshoot a surge issue.

Mounted on a O-360-A1A, formerly had a McCauley prop.

Thanks,
