Default Tip: Instrument Panel Wire Runs/Support

Instrument Panel Wire Runs/Support

I wish I could take credit for this idea but I can?t, Radomir mentioned it to me and I thought it such a good idea that I would pass it along.

When setting up the instrument panel figuring out where to run the wires is a challenge. A good number of builders drill holes through the ribs but putting plate nuts on the bottom of the 745 panel support ribs allows the use of Adel clamps to support the wires.

Here are pictures of where I placed the plate nuts. Notice the support for the throttle quadrant also has plate nuts on it so Adel clamps can be installed on top.
