Sure can torque with a crowfoot. Use the formulas in the circular to compute the torque if not offset at 90 degrees. If you can keep your crowfoot directly perpendicular to the torque wrench, than no adjustments are required.
Use a small open end wrench on the flat of the lollipop (rod end) to hold it in position. This can be a 4-hand job or a 2-hand and a vise job.
