Default No 1 cylinder running hotter on EGT

I started having a problem where my no1 cylender started running hotter on the EGT. It was about 70degrees hotter. Now I run lean of peak at 3000agl and have the maf set at 20 RPM's at 2400. This will give me about 6gal an hour burn. I have the D180 and monitor all cylenders with using the lean feature for lean of peak and than I turn off the lean mode and watch my egts for further settings. I found that my norm is about 1330 egt on no1. Well one day I took off and the egt was higher than normal on no1, after level off I leaned out and found that no. 1 would go to about 1380 or so, if I leaned more I found that it would go down but the other cylenders would go lower than normal, on the lean mode I found no1 cylender peaked last, it would peak first with the - leaning being lower as well.
