Question How to Post Picture?

I've done it before but cannot recall how. Can someone provide instructions?

John

Doug has a "insert Pics" link just under the VAF logo on each page.

Here is how I do it.

First off, I use FireFox, and not IE, which may or may not make a difference.

I use Picassa for hosting my photos, and that makes things a lot easier.

I upload the photos using Picassa, and when the process is done, I get a window asking if I want to view the photos online. I click the link to view them, then I select a photo to post here, place the cursor on the photo, and right click the mouse, select "copy image location" and left click that.

Then I go to the thread I am responding to----which is open on another tab in FireFox------and using the "insert image" icon on the tool bar, the one that is a yellow square with a "sun over mountain" in it, I paste the copied image location into the window that opens with the icon. You put the cursor where you want the photo before you click the icon.

Click "OK", and it is done.

I could have posted 6 or 8 photos in the time it took to type this, it is a really simple process.

Good luck.
