Finally got heat in the rear seat of 33nc. Went shopping in the aviation isles of Home Depot and bought a gutter attach flange for 3" leader pipe a 3" stove pipe coupling and a rigid 1 7/8 " vacuum hose total about $30.00. Instillation notch gutter flange to allow actuator cable to work rivet this piece to firewall on opposite side to vans heater box assembly, then notch 3" stove pipe connector for cable also. Rivet stove pipe to gutter flange ( gutter flange square stove pipe round) . Then attach expanded locking end of vacuum hose to stove pipe, run vacuum hose under panel all the way to the left. tie in place with wireties under upper longeron above throttle quadrant then along under canopy rail as far as pilot seat support weldment and cut to length. I will purchase eyeball vent for rear seat control and drill some small holes to allow some air to pilots legs or install y with secondary eyeball or rig diverter to existing cold air eyeball for pilot. If interested in pics i will take some next week and post later.
