During my second annual I noticed that the air filter was wearing a groove into the fiberglass of my RV7 fiberglass air box. My thought for a repair was to bond a thin piece of aluminum on the inside of the air box and maybe another on the outside. Has anyone seen similar issues and if so how did you effect a repair?
