Default Does this make sense?

I have a tray under my front seat that will tie the front and rear stick wires together, and I also have my flap control board here. I need a ground run to one terminal for the stick switches, but I also need a ground for the flap control board.

My idea depicted in the picture is to run 18 AWG wire from and airframe ground to the terminal strip. This will give me the ground for the stick switches, which are 20 AWG or less. I would then jump a 18 AWG wire from the terminal to the slot for ground on the flap control board. This lets me run only one ground wire to this area.

Is this OK or should I run two ground wires one for the stick switches and a separate one for the flaps. I am confused on the appropriate way to consolidate grounds. Thanks for any help.

One 18 ga. ground wire is sufficient.

Mel,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Edited out the question I had since I found the answer.
