Default -6A main wing spar bolts torque

I'm replacing the old style fuel selector valve (3-port, all brass) on my -6A with the new style. Doing so required removing the valve mount bracket, which was attached to 2 of the larger diameter wing spar bolts.

For reinstalling the mount bracket, does anyone know what the torque value should be for the nuts for the 3/8" NAS wing spar bolts?

thanks,
brian
