Question SafeAir Extended Range tanks
Are there any RV-10's flying with the SafeAir Extended Range fuel tanks?
Can the system be installed on a Quick Build wing?

Mike Heberling's RV-10 has them. I don't know if Mike is on the forums, but Jay Pratt has seen them up close and might chime in.

The extended range can be installed in quickbuild wings.

I have them installed in my slow build wing, not flying yet. At the point of the tank install, you are at the quick build stage. You just have to do it without the main tanks on.

The Quick Build wings come with the tanks installed and pressure tested, so I am concerned about the process to install the ER tanks. Thanks for the info.
