Clevland Wheel gromet

Hi All,

I'm trying to source a valve stem grommet for a Cleveland wheel assembly fitted to my RV6, I disassembled the hub and breaks for an inspection and found the grommet that supports the valve stem had seen better days.

Over here in OZ these parts aren't that easy to come across.

Any help would be much appreciated.
