Default 8a to 8 conversion?

Anyone know what it takes to convert and 8a kit to 8 given that fuse has not been started? Obviously gear legs and need tail wheel... What else?

I know this has been done before...

Gear towers will have to be added into the fuselage. The -8A fuselage is absent these important structures. It's theoretically doable, but definitely not a trivial amount of work.
