Hooker Harness - Great Cust Service

The webbing on my shoulder harness was damaged when I took a long flight with my dog in the back. I sent the shoulder harness back to Hooker to be repaired fully expecting to pay for the repair (I bought the harnesses over 3 years ago).

When they received the harness they called to let me know that the new webbing would not be an exact match and wanted to make sure I was OK with that. When I asked how much the repair would cost, they told me there would be no charge!

They had them repaired and in the mail the next day and I didn't even have to pay for return shipping.

So Big Kudos to Hooker Custom Harness for great customer service.
