Default Snap bushing for the stall warning

Howdy,
My kit came with the stall warning option which I have almost finished installing. My problem is that the snap bushing (SB375-3) that came with the kit is to big and it will not snap on to the spar. I have trimmed the bushing down some but with no luck. I think the hole in the spar is smaller in diameter than the inner diameter of the bushing. Has anyone else run into this problem? and how did you fix it?
thanks
Brandon

Brandon,
On the RV-10 there's a step that calls for enlarging the hole in the spar to 3/8" for the bushing. It fit just fine after drilling it to size. You should not have to trim the bushing.

Default Enlarge to 3/8

Brandon,
I just finished installing the stall warner on my RV-7 and I enlarged the hole to 3/8's per the directions and the bushing fit fine.
