Default Conduit holes

I've seen quite a few methods to locate the conduit holes in the wing ribs. Lasers, templates, etc. They all work fine, but I thought....why not make this simple?

I just took a piece of aluminum angle and centered a pilot hole toward the top. The pilot hole is centered between the rivet holes in the below flange.

Just cleco the jig to the web side and drill through the pilot hole. Step drill to size, debur, and you're finished.
