Default CB-906A left aft baffle and CB-706A spacer question

After test-fitting the CB-906A left aft case baffle and inserting the CB-706B spacer and AN4 bolt, the inboard tab at the bottom of the CB-906A left aft case baffle bends because it is forced up against a cylinder to engine case bolt. This does not look or feel right. Anyone else have the same problem? How did you fix it? Thanks!
