CB-906A left aft baffle and CB-706A spacer question

After test-fitting the CB-906A left aft case baffle and inserting the CB-706B spacer and AN4 bolt, the inboard tab at the bottom of the CB-906A left aft case baffle bends because it is forced up against a cylinder to engine case bolt. This does not look or feel right. Anyone else have the same problem? How did you fix it? Thanks!

Here are some photos (you can't see it but the tab is bending on a cylinder to engine case bolt behind the tab):
