Default RV-8/8A kit: What's it worth?

What would a reasonable person pay for this kit? It's for an RV-8a still at the stage where it could also be a straight 8. It consists of a 90% complete empennage, both wings mostly complete, and a fuselage that is 25% complete. Workmanship looks fine, no signs of any dings, dents, corrosion.

Thanks,

Thanks,
According to Van's, the new price for the 3 kits is around $15K, so maybe a reasonable price would be $13k provided it is in "as new" condition with great workmanship. Others might disagree...Maybe some 8 owners could chime in.

As always, YMMV
