Question ELT requirements

I was just reading 91.207 and I got the feeling that I could not use an older ELT in my homebuilt. Is this true? Look at 91.207(a)2, paraphrased if you build a plane after June 21 1995 an ELT that meets the req of TSO-C91 may NOT be used for new installs? Anyone know this to be true from getting you plane ready with the feds? I do not have a problem using the ELT I have but this makes me wonder. I also wonder if the newer EPIRB style locator beacons would satisfy a FAA inspector.

That's true all new installations must meet TSO-C91A.

Ok think I was confusing myself all along, I have a TSO-91a certified elt....so it is good to go correct? It is a EBC-502. I am glad(I think) that I didnt go tearing it out already till I did some more research.
