Default Master/Alt wiring question

Okay gents I just need some clarification on my wiring. I currently have a separate master and alt switch and want to go to the B&C 2-10 progressive switch from the Z drawings. What I need clarification on is if wiring this switch using pole 2 and 5 as power and 1 and 4 to the master solenoid and alt what happens with the 3 and 6? Are they left unused?

3 and 6 are not used. These are the posts for when the switch is in the "OFF" position.

My wiring diagram is HERE.

Thank you Randy for confirming my suspicion and your schematic helped too. I shall proceed with the 2-10 switch.

Just as an aside, one of the very first airplanes I looked at building was a Pasmany PL-2. I wrote to Mr Pasmany many years ago about his design and he sent me a very nice hand written note back on the -2. Seemed like a very nice gentleman.
