Air leak around torque tube?

I've got air that leaks into the fuselage around the elevator torque tubes on my Velocity. I heard that someone makes a gizmo for RVs to seal a similar leak with velcro and a nylon sock. Does anyone here know where I could find this thing?

Velocities are nice planes, lots of room, good speed, and good "cool factor"; even if they can't land on grass or on short runways.
